Kick it...

I feel better.
I'm so very glad!
I'm still ignoring my running schedule for the week.
But I think I am kicking this sickness in the butt.

I HAD to go to the store yesterday
to pick up some stuff for school projects.
(seriously- my kids are in 1st & 2nd grade- we've had WAY too many projects!)

This particular store had a huge display of
Emergen-C powdered vitamin supplement
right as you walked in.
I figured why not?
It could only help, right?
That and it tastes GREAT ;P

I should probably run a few miles tonight.
I may still- if it stops pouring down rain outside.
It has looked like Oregon out there for the past 2 days.

Luckily the weather for Saturday looks like this:

Yes- a day of mostly sunny
in between the pouring rain.

It's meant to be!
Well- at least I was meant to not run wet...
with rain.

Sweat wetness- that will be there in abundance.

Yaaayyy! I'm so glad to hear that you're on the mend! I knew you would be though, and I think we can all agree that my positive thoughts reeeeaaally helped, right;)
I think staying out of the rain is a good idea.

Also, this has nothing to do with running, but I'm not so much a karaoke-er as a once-a-year-private-party-karaoke-er, that kind I love. We should totally get some of the ladies together the next time you're up here and go! It would be lots of fuuuuunnnn!

I despise heat more than I do the rain. Heat is like kryptonite to me, and makes running near impossible.

So I just laugh when it rains. And then I get really wet…
