My first marathon taper has begun...

Training Schedule
5/2 - 5/8

Mon - 6 miles
Tues - 8 miles
Wed - Rest
Thur - 6 miles
Fri - 12 miles
Sat - 4 miles
Sun - Rest

Tapering AND a week of nice weather??
Best week ever.
Long run of 12 miles?
Never thought that would seem short.


I am glad to see that snow (and rain) is
(so far)
taking my threats of violence seriously.
I'm talking to you snow- stay away!
 No major precipitation on the radar.

Can't believe it's less than 3 weeks until the marathon.
I go back and forth between being so nervous I feel sick
and just wishing it was here so I could get it done!
I have crazy brain.
