Running vomit...

I woke up early- feeling a little gross- and a lot sweaty.
That's weird, right?
Probably not something to share.
Still, I had a time set to meet some ladies for running.
So I went.
Everything was all good until I STOPPED running.
I came inside- drank some water...
then everything came back up.
Somehow everything I ate last night was still hanging out in me.
Not anymore, though.
Gross.
Now here I lay on my bed- feeling thirsty
but also having no desire to put anything in my stomach.
It's going to be a great day.


At least I got my miles in ;).


AND registered for the Hobble Creek Half!
Looks like it will sell out in less than 2 hours...

Oh NO! Throwing up is the worst. I think you are tough as nails for running six miles with vomiting in your immediate future- I mean, even if you didn't know it was coming, that's still pretty tough, I think.
