Claustrophobic teeth...

Wednesday Workout:
8 miles
8:30 pace

It was easy to get myself out of bed before the sun this morning.
I HAD to get myself up so I could deal with my TEETH.

Our dentist gives free teeth whitening for life to new patients.
The husband and I just started doing this and it's great.
Except it makes my teeth feel crazy claustrophobic.
Does that even make sense??

I have to wear these on my teeth while I sleep...
Yes, those are silicone impressions of my teeth.
Kinda gross- sorry.

Seriously, by the time my alarm goes off I am up
yanking those things out of my mouth.
I'm pretty sure teeth don't need to breathe- but man.

Moving on past my crazy random...

Today's run wasn't as super fabulous as the 10 on Monday.
Some days the hills in my neighborhood feel a tiny bit like death.
Just a tiny bit, though :).
I took it easy UP the hills, though...
since I am still planning those fun 18 miles tomorrow morning.
I really know how to celebrate the holidays.

It will be good.
I won't feel as guilty eating my body weight in mashed potatoes...
and stuffing, rolls, pie- maybe some turkey thrown in there.
Mmm... now I'm hungry.

18 miles tomorrow?! wow - you are dedicated. You'd better eat up after that.
