Slightly frigid 15...

Monday Workout:
15 miles
9:18 pace
(at 4:13 AM)

I decided to do the miles I was supposed to do Saturday.
Yep, I was a big ball of lazy this weekend.
I said that it was to continue to rest/ice my calf muscle...
which I did do.

It certainly wasn't because I wanted to lay in my bed all day.

I'll never tell.

The calf felt better today, but it still hurt towards the end.

Maybe because my neighborhood is made up of hills...

which are not the best for a sore calf muscle.
Oh well.
C'est la vie.
(sure, I know what that means... I think)

It was a frosty, snowy, cold morning.
I had to slow down in parts to avoid slip-sliding to my doom.
Also, I am now very sleepy-ish.
