Another 20...

Saturday Run:
10 miles
9:20 pace

Today's run felt hard and I'm not sure why.
I'm over it.

Moving on.

I can't decide if I want to do another 20 miler.
I would have to do it tomorrow.
I don't have any other time to do it and Goofy is 3 weeks away.

To be honest, I don't really care if I do another one.
I'm not going for a PR or anything-
I just want to enjoy running through all of the parks and taking it all in.
I know I can finish- I'm not worried about that.

My legs feel fatigued and I don't know if it will be worth it.

Should I run another 20 miler?
I agree.

Tune in tomorrow, where I will probably be telling you
about NOT running 20 miles.


  1. How many 20's did you do? If you already feel fatigued, I'd skip it. you don't want to overtrain and be wiped out before you get to the race. If you've already done 1-2, you'll be fine. :)

  2. If you don't feel like doing it, don't! You can't really improve your race at this point, but you can probably ruin it!

    Great job on your runs! I'm excited for you to do the goofy challenge! That's hard core lady!

  3. I say yes! Maybe that is why I get hurt so often...I over do it. I guess just really really listen to your body about this one. That picture made my day!
